What to Prepare:

• We’ll be using Zoom + Canva (links below).

• Laptop or desktop is best — you’ll have more space to work with, and it’s easier on the eyes. Plus, switching between tabs is way smoother with a mouse!

• Prepare any personal photos or images you'd love to include — upload them to your device ahead of time so they're easy to access during the session.

• Set yourself up in a cozy, quiet spot with your fave snack nearby and minimal distractions.

• Bring your intention, curiosity, and creative spirit.

Timing & Attendance:

• Workshop runs for 2 hours.

• Please be on time — we’ve got interactive activities that build on each other.

• Zoom will be locked once we start, so feel free to hop in a few minutes early to settle in.

What We’ll Be Doing Together:

1. Warm welcome & opening activity (7 mins)

2. Grounding exercise to help us arrive fully (3 mins)

3. Activity 1 – Reflect & connect (20 mins)

4. Intro to Live by Design Elements, to guide your vision (10 mins)

5. Activity 2 – Create your Vision Board (1 hour)

6. Layer your board – Add meaning + sparkle (5 mins)

7. Touch up & polish your masterpiece (5 mins)

8. Closing reflection & share (10 mins)
